GHub did not import my profiles or settings from LGS properly at all. Still far from perfect, but many many times better than GHub. LGS was far more intuitive and easy to navigate. It's unintuitive, difficult to navigate, and just doesn't make sense what they're doing. I don't understand why they changed how it works from LGS like this. The way LGS does almost everything is better than GHub. But why do I have to go into settings like that? The way LGS does it is far better. You'll know exactly where all the GHub hate is coming from. I really mean it u/Logi_John: Use LGS for a week(or even a day,) and then try going back to GHub. It's like Sisyphus just let his bolder roll halfway down the hill, then stopped putting effort in.
If they had kept with what LGS had going and improved on that I would be singing a different tune. But GHub is so bitterly disappointing that it's the first time I've really considered exploring other brands for peripherals.Įspecially after LGS was on the right track. Logitech has always been my go to for mice, keyboards, & PC Speakers. I've been buying Logitech for a long time. Is it actually a bug when GHub does not show any option for on board memory profiles, for anyone, on any mouse?(as far as I am aware at least.) The feature is not present at all on GHub as far as I am aware!Īnd please do not pretend there are not valid grievances and complaints about GHub's missing features and general lack of functionality.Īsk yourself hoe many negative posts about GHub do you have to scroll through to find a positive one? Maybe there is a reason you search GHub and it's people talking about what's broke with it. GHub has to work at least as good as LGS before you can brag about those fancy extra features(that don't work properly for most people in the first place.) If Logitech never hears our complaints because their Social Media guys never tell them what we're saying is wrong. I can't support Logitech moving forward if they're going to be this deaf to what everyone is shouting at them. If GHub does not improve and my next purchase does not have the option of using LGS I'll be looking at other brands. GHub should have been an advancement, not a regression. In every conceivable way GHub is inferior to LGS. This is stuff that is so fundamental it leaves me and everyone else wondering who is getting paid by Logitech to produce such garbage software.

If you used LGS and GHub side by side you would know a ton of the problems very quickly. How is it that you guys don't use your own software? Why does something as fundamental as onboard memory profiles for the G502 not work in GHub, but works in LGS? Why am I reading posts of people complaining about long standing issues and bugs not being fixed in updates? If you know it needs work then why are you not polling your customer base for specifics? And we all know GHub desperately needs a LOT of work.

This subreddit is full of the info you need to improve GHub. I think we know why GHub never improves now. So after being a faithful logitech for god knows how many years, i think it's time to switch to something else because of this ghub fiasco.

I uninstalled it and i'll probably return the g915 (i just unpacked it today) if not for the software the keyboard seems fine.Īlso the new support site hasn't been working for me since the update and nobody from support is answering my tickets about the support account. That's all i found running the app for 5 minutes. There is no way to set them up independently. Same goes for the g910 and g915 what ever light profile i select for one keyboard ghub sets it for both keyboards. When i select a sound equalizer for the headset (FPS for example) both my keyboards's light cycle reset.Īlso i have 2 g933's what ever i setup for one headset the both of them are set in the same way. I can't play any shooter anymore with ghub installed.

I just got a g915 to upgrade and ghub completely destroys my g933 sound (it's really really really low). I have a lot of logitech gear using LGS everything works fine.
